1 lb. Hickory Farm Smoked Sausage
1 lb. lean ground beef
Medium sized onion, chopped
Medium sized green pepper, chopped
30 oz (2 cans) chili beans
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cans Del Monte Italian or garlic basil diced tomatoes
1 can whole tomatoes
1.5 packs Goya Red Season Packets ("Con Cilantro y Achiote)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Red Hot brand hot sauce
Shredded cheese
Sour cream (optional)
