Swedish Meatballs
Make the meatballs:
Mix together:
1 lb hamburger
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
Make into 1.5 or 2 inch balls and roll each meatball in flour.
Make the sauce:
Stir together:
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup (scant) brown sugar
salt and pepper, to taste
Pour over meatballs and cook at 350 F for one hour. Grease bottom of baking dish.
