Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a large casserole dish.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir well. Spread into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. A knife inserted in the center should come out mostly clean with a few wet crumbs.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with warm milk poured over the top and a drizzle of peanut butter if desired.

Variations
slice bananas on top sprinkle a little cinnamon then pour warm milk
sprinkle with a few mini chocolate chips and or pecans
add yogurt and a little maple syrup
